People who have never had an issue with their weight will not understand this, but to those who have gained and maintained more than their share of fat, a change in where you shop for clothes is a big deal.  Once you have turned your body into a fat burning furnace, and you’ve dropped all the fat you want to, there will be big changes in wardrobe choice. You may even need help choosing styles for your newly re-shaped body.  And suddenly you’ll be looking for clothes in different places. Men will no longer need to visit their tailors or look for shirts in specialty shops. That will be different. For women it will be an even bigger revelation.  Moving from the sizes that have a “W” behind the number, or clothing that is measured in numbers of “X”s, to shopping for clothes that come in regular numbers is huge.
